Weba woman incarcerated in saskatchewan and an advocate for inmates are raising concerns about conditions at the pine grove correctional centre in prince albert, sask. , as a hunger strike. Weba group of around 100 inmates at the central east correctional centre are on a hunger strike, demanding changes at the jail including access to clean drinking. Webinmates in at least two of the jailโs units continued a hunger strike into a third day on sunday, and now want the saskatchewan ombudsman and/or public health.
